5 Star Review

“Our family has been going to Dr. Miner for years. I have never had a bad experience with him or his staff. I have two small children and would not trust the care of their teeth to anyone else. Dr. Miner installed an implant several years ago for me, that looks and feels like a real tooth. If you want amazing dental care for you and your family – VISIT DR. MINER.”

We Offer State-of-the-Art Dental Implants and Implant Solutions

At the office of  Durango Laser Dentistry, we focus on offering state-of-the-art dental implant solutions in Durango, CO so you can feel good about the health of your mouth. Traditional dental implant surgery takes several months, and is well worth the time. During your first visit to Dr. Miner, a post will be placed into the gap where your natural tooth once was. After a number of weeks, the site will be healed, and the crown can be placed onto the post. The crown will be created to match your other teeth in shape, size and color. Dr. Miner offers dental implants start to finish all under one roof!

If you do not have the bone density necessary to support a dental implant post, Dr. Miner may suggest a bone grafting procedure, or in some cases, a sinus lift. Should you wish to take another approach, implant-supported dentures can provide a permanent solution. They require less bone mass than traditional tooth implants do, and are frequently used when a full arch of teeth are missing.

5 Star Review

“I received my implants three years ago which attached my lower denture plate by Dr. Mason Miner located in Durango, CO. It was one of the best decisions I ever made, after years of polident and such. The effect was to realize the same condition of having my own teeth. Wow!
I recently had them checked and there was no problem.”

Final Side View

This patient presented to us feeling self-conscience about their smile due to the missing teeth and also wanting to be able to chew better. There was a tooth which was fractured off at the gum line and another missing tooth behind it. After discussing various options, the patient elected implants. We extracted the remaining portion of the fractured tooth and placed both implants at the same time. The benefit to the patient of doing the implants this way is the patient only goes through one surgery. After several months of allowing the tissues to attach to the implants, the crowns were placed. Now they have what they wanted: a pleasing smile and the ability to chew what they want.
